Our oil is completely free from any synthetic chemicals, with no insecticides nor herbicides. Our olives are picked during the early harvest season assuring great quality, authentic flavour and health benefits. Cold pressing within 5 hours after harvesting the fruit . This daily process guarantees high contents in natural anti-oxidants which are good for your health with no transfat which is harmful for your health.
